We had a great experience with Culebra Divers. Our family of four took an afternoon trip along with three others. Two from my family dove SCUBA while two went snorkeling. We had great conversation and introduction on the area while motoring to the back side of Luis Pena. All the gear was in great shape, and the captain and dive master did a great job. We enjoyed the beauty of the island in a way only accessible by boat, and met really interesting people along the way. - via
