Was given a voucher by my sister who purchased in 2020. Contacted the company 2 weeks post expiry (within the same month) to be told that there could be no extension as company has changed ownership which tbh I find pretty irrelevant. Really disappointed given there were no reminders of the impending expiry as businesses are encouraged to do by ACCC and it was unable to be used during covid. I planned to use last summer but did have broken leg so was looking forward to finally diving again after a number of years. Merely offered me to rebook something on their website. Why would I give more money to a company with so little regard for service. Highly disappointing experience. - via
