The Niagara falls zip line efficient at the time of year we decided to visit, there wasn’t any lines and the staff were friendly and diligent. However, I pre purchased a photo package as I thought the pictures would be good - my partner and I were barely in the photos taken and I wasn’t told where to look. Then we watched the video I had unfortunately already paid for and we were barely shown - I think the camera is timed to take photos/record but we were out of the frame for all of them, and the one in frame was when I was asking the staff where to look. Not a staff problem; more operational. Then for the final photos taken on the deck below, the lens was blurred and our eyes were closed - confused as to why this wasn’t checked before being put for sale seeing as we already paid. Overall, fun experience, definitely give it a go of you’re scared of heights - for me it was lacklustre in most areas, but the staff were lovely!! - via
