because I can't give zero stars. Find a reliable outfit to dive with. I understood when they canceled the dive because the boat broke. When they re-booked us to thanksgiving day, they changed the dive from two tank to one tank without telling us. Then they called two hours before the dive to tell us boat broke again. If we didn't find a great shore dive shop on the north-east shore, we would have missed diving completely on our holiday. There was no remorse, no offer of service recovery, no "hey why don't you go sailing on us or here is some snorkeling gear or use the paddle boards". Just nothing from them or Tortuga. Such a disappointment. The sailing instructor was great - almost gave a star just for him. To James - you have a lot to learn about customer service. - via
