Less than ideal experience here. Rented snorkel gear from a front desk employee who did seem to care to help me and pre-paid for multiple days. The equipment was a bit ‘tired’ but did work ok. We pre-paid for the 2sets for multiple days ($15USD per day per set) and then returned the equipment early. They were unable to provide refund at the desk and when I pursued it with their offices, they refused to refund us any money for the early return…which I take issue with.
Beware of paying in advance because you will NOT get any refund or credit for early return. I would recommend you go elsewhere for your equipment. - via
