I will start with the instructor for my open water course. Jim was a great teacher. He worked extremely hard to ensure that everyone learned in a comfortable and safe way. I had anxiety and Jim showed an amazing amount of patience with me. Unbelievably I received a card from after the class. This is the customer service and care that you rarely see any more.
At the shop Brenda is incredible about making sure you have the right equipment and if it isn’t they will swap it out with no problems.
After purchasing the equipment Chris took a lot of time to sit with me and explain everything. He even found a missing o’ring during testing which he took care of right there. I am really happy that I chose them to start my diving experience. I’m already signed up for further education and will be finishing my open water dives soon. - via
