I wanted to share a great customer experience my wife and I had with the staff of Dive Magic. It's funny because my experience with the shop goes back to when it was located in Twin Falls. Although the staff has changed the customer service remains the same.
I was looking for a new wetsuit. Mike went out of his way to talk with me about my needs and what type of diving I was planning on doing. Like most Idaho divers, I wanted comfort and warmth - with an emphasis on warmth.. We discussed a number of options and then Mike showed me five different suits that would meet my needs. He worked with me as I tried on three of the semi-dry suits. Anyone who has purchased a wetsuit knows how much effort goes into this process. Mike was extremely helpful and patient. He assisted me with each wetsuit and offered advice based upon years of experience. The end result - a perfect suit.
While I was involved in the contortion process, Kathy was engaged in a conversation with my wife about her diving experiences. Kathy was emphatic to the issues they discussed and even offered to spend some time in their pool with her to work through those concerns.
I had already scheduled a pool session with Mary to check some new equipment and reset my weights with the new suit. Mary was great to work with! Kathy showed up right while I was getting ready and had my wife in the water before I had even started. She was fantastic! She was there, based upon a short conversation she had with my wife a week ago, to help her. And she did!
