I only have one arm, my right arm. I spoke with Donna. I explained to her my situation. She had two of her employees go out to the adventure course using only their right arm. One employee did the course. One employee videotaped the person doing the course. Donna then sent me the videos. I reviewed the videos and after reviewing the videos I booked my zip line with the adventure course. This is 100% over the top on customer service. They did not have to do this. - via
