We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience traveling to and from the airport. We walked out of the airport in Cozumel and were immediately greeted by an employee right where the confirmation email had stated they would be. It was a quick drive to the resort with a pleasant driver. Our return trip was delayed a day due to weather and the representatives at the resort answered our questions and made sure that our return went smoothly as well. Just like our trip to the resort, our trip returning to the airport was smooth and comfortable. Thank you for making this process smooth, convenient and enjoyable. - via
