I can't say enough good things about Ben and his shop! I called from Chicago and wanted to be sure I could get certified over a long weekend in February. Ben assured me that I could and walked me through every step. He kept in contact with me to make sure I didn't miss anything. He was so fun and easy going that I was immediately comfortable with him during the pool dives and on to the open water. He has so many years of experience that he knows exactly what you need and how to teach each individual. I was so nervous that I couldn't relax on my first 2 dives. He made sure the next day that I had extra time and that I actually had fun!!!! He also figured out what was wrong with my fins and fixed the problem for me. I'm definitely coming back to dive with Ben and Tom sometime!!!! - via
