Great dive shop and instructors. We used the Dive Shop facility located on the Sunscape Sabor / Dreams resort. We made a quick long-weekend trip down to Cozumel to get the kids open water certification. Isabel at the main shop communicated via email promptly and clearly the prerequisites and online learning tasks needed so we could meet our short timeline available while at Cozumel. My son (11yo) had some trouble equalizing his ears. His instructor, Jose, took the time to work with him one-on-one to work through the problem. After observing my son several times, Jose realized what my son was doing and instructed how to correctly equalize. After that, my son had no problems. This was awesome for Jose to take the time out of his schedule to work directly with my son even after the class was over. A lot of instructors would have just said “No, he can’t do it” and gone on about their day.
I highly recommend this dive shop for instruction/certification and I am sure they are just as good for their recreational dives. It is all about treating people as friends and not just as a customer. - via
