The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. We wished there was a toaster or air fryer, but the other appliances were clean and worked well. Our only complaints were regarding the parking and other guests. The parking lot was very small and filled like a pond when it rained. The listing should have mentioned that the parking lot only accommodates one compact car per apartment. The other guests were not considerate at all. They had two cars, parked where they wanted regardless of designated parking spots, and blocked access to the entire parking lot several times. Furthermore, since the windows are only louvered slats, there is no soundproofing. Our neighbors were loud until 2am and then would be up sometimes before 7am just as loud. They washed clothes past midnight and early in the morning. It would have been nice if the manager included in her list of rules one that requires that guests be considerate of each other. All in all the apartment itself was lovely and the manager was very attentive. - via
