Stopped in for lunch, did not stay at resort. I was the only one in restaurant. Ordered the garden salad. Salad was smothered in white onion. Worst salad I had while 7 days in Placencia, plus I think it was $17 US dollars. The server never came back to table. I had to look for her to get my bill. Only thing nice was the deck had a nice view. - via

Rented bikes at this location for a reasonable price. Pick up and drop off of bike was very quick. Later in week they were sold out of bikes, so maybe think ahead and rent, you never know when its going to be busy. They give you bike locks to use and a front basket is perfect for beach bag or items you buy along the way. - via
