I booked a Discover Freediving tour with this company. However, a few days after booking I came down with a chest cold. To be safe and to be respectful of their time, I cancelled 2 days prior to the tour. They refused my request for a refund. They offered a credit, but I was leaving the day after the tour was scheduled and had no idea when I'd be able to return. Their money was apparently more important to them than my safety or wellbeing. Whoever I spoke with (they wouldn't give their name) told me the owner (Riccardo Corra) could only be reached by snail mail. They took over $200 from me. Their representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you want to avoid obnoxious/rude staff, and greedy/thieving owners, go with one of the many other competent agencies in the area. - via 
I had a great experience with Dive Mike. I got my PADI open water certificate here with Felipe, who is an awesome instructor. Friendly, professional staff. - via
