I don’t typically write reviews but this facility deserves one! Nothing less than professional. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and easy to work with. Always had a answer to your questions. They made the whole experience 10x better. We arrived with our group obviously slightly nervous, but the fun games they had out around the hanger helped ease them. As we were playing the games our instructors called our names and we met and jumped right into harnesses. As we were harnessing up, they went over the procedures and any other questions we had. Before we knew it we were hoping right onto the plane. Again, any question I had my instructor would answer. As we made the ascend our nervousness grew but our instructor talked us though each step. All I have to say is it was one hell of a experience I would do over and over every day if I could.
P.S. I don’t remember my instructors exact name it started with a J. I believe it was Jeff. He made the whole trip that much better. I paid for the photo and videos of the jump and those did not disappoint. I highly recommend it. Never once was the recording distracting or taking away from the experience but it seemed to capture every moment of it. Jeff was patient and definitely made the day that much better. I can say that my group would say the same thing about their instructors.
