My experience with aqua adventures was the single best experience of diving in the Caribbean that I have ever had. I have Dove in many places but Aqua Aentures was the best. Their service wasn't fake or tourist-like, they truly treated me like an old friend. From Nelson, the dive master to Pablo and all of the other people involved from the boat captain to the other captain who helped me with all my gear made me feel like I was the single most important person on earth. They genuinely put their money where their mouth is when it comes to service, safety and reliability. I had my own gear so I cannot comment on their rental gear but as far as safety and attention to detail goes, Nelson is above reproach. I was treated to a taxi ride, lunch, fine cigars and two fantastic dives. I am planning a week-long trip to the Dominican Republic simply because of the way they treated me. If you are on a Carnival Cruise ship and you go to Amber cove don't call any other dive shop. Go to aqua adventures. They guarantee they will get you back on the ship and they treat you amazingly!
