I had a difficult time when I attempted to complete my open Water Dives in the Dominican Republic. I ended up sick and the Dive shop would not refund my fees. Jeff and team at Kanata Dive shop were amazing. They set me up for success and even allowed me to complete the pool sessions again because I lost my confidence. I recently took a dive trip to the Florida Keys with my partner who has been diving for years. He was very impressed with my training. He said I didn't look like a newbie at all. The instructor here make sure you really understand your buoyancy and ensure when you are out on the reefs you understand the importance of protecting them. Thank you so much for preparing me sooo well for my first dive vacation!!!

I’m new to the dive world! From the moment I walked through the door here for the first time I was made to feel like I joined a new community!
They are knowledgeable and will not try to sell you something you do not need.
The service is great.
I took my lessons through them and the instructors are amazing and patient!
