My wife and I are new divers going on our first trip. We wanted to purchase masks before we left so we didn't have to rely on the rental masks. As beginners, We were a little intimidated by all the choices. Rachel came over to help us and put us completely at ease. She walked us through the pros and cons of the different masks, made sure the ones we chase fit well, and made the entire experience very enjoyable. - via
