My friends and I had a great time diving with Rosarito Ocean Sports. They're a very easy-going operation but you can tell they take safety seriously. They drove us to a spot further south along the coast and provided lunch and snacks. We did a two tank shore dive and had a very enjoyable afternoon. The guides speak good English and are accommodating to special requests. Thanks guys! - via
