I'm sorry to say I had a terrible experience at this shop. I brought my gear in to be serviced months before my December dive trip to Grand Cayman. The gear was shipped out for service,never heard of that before, and returned weeks later. I paid for "Full Service" as indicated on my ticket and my bill. On my first dive the BCD failed! It was self inflating and made for a terrible dive. I had to rent a BCD for the subsequent dives that day. This was Christmas Eve and I had to drive 45 minutes into Georgetown to Divers Direct. Thankfully they were open! The tech there diagnosed the problem quickly and repairs were made.
Bottom line, I will NEVER go to this shop again! I can't trust them with my gear. I did go to the shop after my trip to discuss this, but I didn't get a good response.
I will just say beware. I learned my lesson. - via 
My BCD failed on the first dive of my dive vacation. On Christmas Eve Divers Supply was open and fixed my equipment quickly and for a fair price. I was back using my own BCD the next day! Thank you Divers Supply for being there and being open! - via
