Been scuba diving since 2003 started as open water and worked my way up to master scuba diver. Went into this dive shop to ask you a question about an upcoming class. The person behind the desk was on the phone talking to what sounded like a friend And I stood in the middle of the dive shop, waiting to be helped for what seem to be at least 20 minutes before being acknowledged that I was even in the shop I have never had that kind of customer service at a dive shop. after getting acknowledged, I didn’t even get my question. Fully answered. All I got was I’m not sure. I’ve been to so many dive shops throughout the East Coast. This one is by far the worst I’ve ever been in .unprofessional. I do not recommend this shop to anyone go to the other dive shop in town, even though it’s not Padi you get great customer service. Never again will I go here or send anyone here who is interested in scuba. - via
