I had booked a Toro Verde full day ziplining activity + Pickup and drop for September 03rd 2023 almost 10 days in advance. At the very last minute this tour operator cancelled my tour stating that i was the only occupant and they had no other occupants. Ridiculous and disgraceful insult to me as a customer. If you guys cannot fulfill your commitments to customers well in advance shut down operations permanently, rather then wasting the customers vacation time. Beady morons!!! - via
