My wife and I did the PADI Advanced course with Pro dive and it was amazing.
From the very first chat we had at their Kuta offices, throughout the whole course we felt a very customer oriented approach, professional and accommodating. Of the whole experience we really have nothing we would have wanted to be different.
Putu, our instructor, was not only a very experienced diver, but also really puts the customer experience forward, and is a fount of Balinese wisdom when you have the opportunity to chat about other subjects. He adapts to customer needs and makes you feel comfortable and safe in all situations.
We would recommend this experience to anyone. - via
