Booked a tandem jump for three people over a year ago, sadly every time we went to jump wet weather stopped us jumping, we've now spent more on petrol and in the cafe than our jump costs. We were then told we could jump at the sister site in Faro- go to book that, and then we are told that actually since leaving the EU that's not an option. and we can't get a refund due to starting the jump process. all in all a mix of bad luck and poor communication from the company as to what we can/ can't do. really taken the fun out of the potential of a skydive. - via
