My partner and I did our NAUI Open Water certifications and it was a fantastic experience! Our instructor Jake was kind, patient, and supportive throughout and helped us pass our skills with flying colours. He also gave us great recommendations for near-by restaurants and events. All the shop staff were a joy to interact with and the dive shop dogs were a fantastic greeting squad. All the fellow divers were a joy, giving us great tips for starters and helping calm our nerves. We couldn't ask for a better community to start our diving careers with.
The dives we did were absolutely gorgeous (though we don't have any comparisons), and we saw so much wild life. Nurse sharks, a sea turtle, barracudas, a moray eel and so much more. We're so excited to keep diving! - via
