If I could give less than one star I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had snorkelling. Gear was unsanitary, gross and unsafe. The “snorkeling spot” they took us to had zero coral or rocks of any sort. Maybe a bit of seaweed but it didn’t matter because we couldn’t see anything! The water is so murky and unclear we asked to go back to shore after 2 minutes of floating around. The boat was horrendous to get on and off, we had to climb on and off with no assistance. I can’t even comprehend how bad the price is. 150$ AUD for 2 people!!!! To see what?! My toilet bowl has more visibility in it after Bali belly. I came out of the water with a rash on my stomach and legs because the water is so dirty and filled with rubbish. I have never been more disgusted with a company. I would only recommend this place to people that enjoy second hand smoke as the driver of our boat loved a ciggy. Please do not go here. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I even told them how bad it was and they said “we know” I am so upset with this service. Please don’t support this SCAM. - via
