They canceled my dive 20 min before departure.
The reason for cancelation was bad weather. But during the whole conversation we had before booking, they didn't mention that possibility. If they know that in H?i An climate in March, 30% of dives are canceled, they should mention this to customers. If they told me that in advance, I would plan my time differently. I came to H?i An only for diving, so I lost my time and money.
I'm giving two stars, not one, only because they were very kind to me when I came to office for refund.
I believe i would have fun with them, but due to communication and organizational issues sadly that wasn't the case :< - via
