not dependable at all If I could rate less than one star I would they do not deserve a star.
I am sharing an experience for my sister. this company cannot be counted on to pick you up at all. My sister has dialysis 3 times a week. She always followed procedure to be sure she had a ride. first time all went well. the second time they did not show when she called they said some one canceled her ride when in fact no one canceled. She uses a wheel chair and cannot drive. Second time they told her to be ready at 9:30 for an 11:00 appointment. She waited outside in the heat with a neighbor that was going to help her get in the bus. after an 11/2 waiting time they called and was told the ride was on the way. At 11:00 she called the dialysis center told them her ride was on the way and she would be a few minutes late. At 11:45 she had to get another ride and from me I happened to be in the area at that time. We called and canceled the ride they still said they were on the way. they assured me they would pick her up when she was finished with dialysis. I repeated twice to them she needed them to be their for her. she waited 2 hours for them and they did not come to get her. She did not get her full dialysis treatment because she was so late. - via
