Such a shame, absolutely dis interested staff members. I have never seen such a worse service. Most of areas are covered with incompetent staff who have no traing on customer service.
The worse highlight was during the dinner service on March 21st at Sundesk restaurant. The staff were absolutely miserable and lacked any courteous towards family.
This place has gone downhill, such a shame as our visit to Moon Palace Cancun was opposite and absolutely amazing - via
