I was working security at rose marina and dropped my phone in the water. On the back of my phone I had all of my professional licenses on the back of my phone and my debit card. I was not able to work without the licenses and had no access to money without a phone my id and debit card. I went to fill a tank at this place and met John. He asked about what I was doing and told him what happened. He said “ you know we specialize in this right?” He offered to help me. He literally stopped what he was doing and loaded his gear into his car. Because of the situation he said I could wait to pay. I wasn’t very optimistic because he was the third person to search for it. After maybe 45 min in the water John found the phone that nobody else could find. I’m so very pleased with their customer service. Not only that but everyone was happy that he was able to help me. A complete stranger walks into a shop and everyone there shows that they care about you. Very impressed with these guys!! Best underwater recovery I collier! - via
