I just wanted to drop a quick note about our recent snorkelling trip, arranged by the resort. We had a fantastic time, and the staff made it even more memorable. The instructor was extremely helpful and friendly, always ensuring that we were comfortable and having a good time. But there is one person I must acknowledge: Rasheed! This gentleman went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was unforgettable. He was so attentive and caring, and we felt completely safe under his supervision.
