Warning!!! Do NOT purchase a gift vouchure. The vouchure too…
Warning!!! Do NOT purchase a gift vouchure. The vouchure took a long time to be emailed out, several months after purchase. Now we are unable to arrange the use of the vouchure as we cannot get though to the store via phone, messenger or email. Despite multiple emails, Facebook message and phone calls over 5 months!
Upon posting this review, we finally recieved a response asking to take down the 'nasty review.' But again, since this occurred, trying to arrange a lesson, we have heard no further from ocean addicts despite multiple attempts our end to contact the store. Ultimately, this review is simply honest and factual. I am very disappointed and will be seeking a refund. - via
