The instructors are kind and work well with children, but that’s about the only good thing I can say. Scheduling is an absolute nightmare and they are so disorganized. Out of 10 lessons staff has double booked or no-showed 3 of our lessons. Today they forgot to book a time slot for a child but allowed her to complete her lesson during the time my child was booked. They asked us to come back later, which is ridiculous. They clearly do not respect your time, go elsewhere. - via
