Don’t usually write reviews but I went to rent a surfboard for a full day. A cool guy took care of me and everything was okay. The next day I switched to a shorter board and I specifically ask the same guy until what time exactly I had to return it so there was no trouble, he said at 3 pm. I went at 2:45pm and the manager Trinity Hobdey as I arrived she told me she had charged me extra 2 hours. I was trying to explain to her but she had such an arrogant attitude that you knew she didn’t care at all.
Maybe there was a lack of communication with them or something else but, she did not have a nice attitude at all and very poor management of the situation that lead to this review and lost of many clients - via
