I would for sure never recommend this place for any family or children especially a SCHOOL TRIP ALL SCHOOLS DO NOT BOOK HERE! ( Grades 4-8 went with my sons school ) TEN children out of all them made it one the actual ski lift we all pay for.
The rest were left on the bunny hill all day, did not even touch a lift! Instructors don’t have the patience to even watch the children who are completely capable of going on the main hills go down the hill on their test let alone give them the mandatory lesson that is included with their purchase.
The instructors were very rude and unprofessional, when parents went to speak to management it was as simple as “ guess there not good enough then “ save your self the headache and your children’ the heartbreak and avoid this place at all cost - via
