Did not hold my reservation! I had talked with them two weeks before my daughters birthday to arrange a tour. We had a time and an agreement, told me to remind them two days before. When I did, they said they had another reservation at that time but could do a later time, I said that was fine. The day of the tour, I message to confirm again and they said it would be impossible for that day.
