If you book with this company you best hope nothing goes wrong because management lacks basic customer service skills and empathy. I was informed to be at the boat ramp which was a 12 min drive (50min walk) away at 6.30am. I pre ordered a taxi which did not arrive and was trying uber and other services and had no luck. I started to walk towards the location whilst calling the dive shop and sending emails and noone would answer. It was 7am and I was still 20min away so I decided to turn back. At 7.15am I get a call from one of the divers to see if I was coming. I told him I'd been trying to reach them all morning and had I known they had not left yet I would have made it in time. He told me they can't wait and that I can talk to the manager when the shop reopened on Tuesday. I call the manager Jason and tell him the situation. He shows no empathy and doesn't even offer to reschedule my dive or provide a partial refund. I paid $235 for scuba + $40 equipment hire. I said I should atleast get back the $40 as no equipment was used and he said No. Absolute joke of a company. He wasn't even open to my suggestion of providing an emergency phone number that customers could reach incase something similar happened to someone else in future. Spend your money elsewhere. - via
