Did the batur sunrise tour with them. The service was as expected. They picked on time and drove all the way to the entry point with a breakfast stop on the way.
The guide didn't speak much English but was very sweet and nice and guided us well. Breakfast was served at the peak, egg + banana sandwich.
But the weather was absolutely horrible, it was raining the whole way up and the top was covered with a thick cloud with rain. Did not see a single inch of the sky let alone the sunrise. Left within half an hour as I was just sitting there in rain and cold with zero visibility.
If the weather conditions were bad then they could have easily informed this and cancelled the tour but they still went ahead with the tour and so did all other companies. Not sure what was the point of all this. Wasted a whole night and money. - via
