I was incredibly disappointed with the construction all over…
I was incredibly disappointed with the construction all over the resort. We planned this trip for almost a year and we were really looking forward to our ocean view room. When we arrived at resort we were escorted to our room which looked out onto construction which included bulldozers and noise that goes on from 7am-11pm every night. When we complained we were told they could downgrade our room or leave as the construction was ongoing throughout resort. This was our 5th time at resort and unfortunately we won’t be coming back after how we were treated. - via
