Good selection of products and boards but horrible customer service. Asked for assistance in purchasing fins — just needed some recommendations. The person assisting me was dismissive and told me “whatever.” Manager working downstairs was egotistical and made sure to make me feel like I was wrong about all my purchases. Loved the store, great variety but the atmosphere felt tense. Not friendly. - via
