I will just share my experience with the staff because I didn’t jump unfortunately
I’m jump on my own and I came with a friend who would like to do tandem. I spoke with a guy by mail to come to jump, and he told me to come when I want, but it’s better on the week end. I told him that I will come on Sunday at 9am. Unfortunately we were late, and show up at 9:45.
When we came we spoke with Ben, the guy at the desk and he is amazing. He call the manager, Patrick to check with him for my jump. And Patrick was like « you are late, you’ll say your will come at 8 »
I apologize and he ask for my logbook but didn’t check it and just told me « Its all organize now, just wait, maybe it will possible to jump in an hour, maybe not » and look like upset.
After one hour and half of waiting he didn’t come to speak to us, and just ignore us. After this time, Ben, the guy at the desk come to check with us whats happen and was very kind.
Unfortunately after all these I quit with my friend.
So for my experience I can say that the guy at the desk is amazing and was very kind! I hope he will complete his AFF fast. But in the other hand I has a bad experience with Patrick and will just jump in another DZ. - via
