This was a great tour! I found they had one of the best experiences for the best value. We had a crew of 4 guys and they were amazing...funny, attentive, knowledgable, and excellent customer service. They really took care of all the guests and were very friendly, making sure everyone was having a good time and had what they needed. They checked on everyone quite often. Would recommend bringing some extra snacks as lunch wasn't that big. We were supposed to go to Culebras Island but the water was too rough, so we did a local tour. The company communicated early and cleary about the change and offered us either a full refund or partial refund for the change in plans. Great customer service and really enjoyed this tour group over all. - via
