No Customer Service from anyone except for the gentleman who endeavoured to upsell us on our entry tickets. Gondola Staff no “hello” arrival at the top No direction as to where to go. We figured this out ourselves. We decided we would get something to eat before we rode The Luge. We wandered down the ramp and found ourselves in the Food Court unsure what to do with most of the establishments having no one to attend to us. Three circuits and we found a lone staff member who watched us walk by three times and never asked if he could help! A sign indicated that we order with this gentleman, which we did so. No smile no interaction, money taken and we had to ask where we uplifted our meal. Outside the tables were cluttered with dirty dishes (there were not a lot of people dining). Lunch finished we headed off to the Luge, found our helmets walked past a vending stall for tickets, another stall which I think was related to perhaps zip lining. Once again no interaction, “hello” etc. Arriving at the Luge the attendant retrieving the luge rides after coming off the luge was dragging them through not looking behind her and hurling them through for patrons to ride on nearly clipping a patron on the ankle as he climbed into his luge. I said to my husband “Mrrrgh she likes her job” thinking As we wanted to ride the luge green trail I hope she does not hurl a luge cart in my direction as I climb into cart. Upon finishing the Luge the chap at the chairlift was quite rude to people telling them where to step, never told people to lower the lap bar, we rode up with a small child in front chairlift with the lap bar raised. My husband and I had removed our helmets and he allowed us to get on without our helmets, we saw the sign “helmets must remain on” so we promptly put our helmets back on. When we got to the top we scanned our helmets to attempt to check our photos and nothing happened. We tried three machines, I turned around and the three booths we passed on the way to the Luge the staff were sitting talking. Perhaps someone stationed at the machines to help. We rode the Cable Car down and can say car was cleaner than the one we rode up in. Attendant said thanks As we disembarked the car ( I nearly stumbled) to hear someone speak. Then one attendant asked if we wanted to download our photos . Overall a disappointing visit and sone serious attention to Customer Service is required. Will we visit again no, will we recommend (you be the judge) - via
