We visited with prior booking in the month of Dec 2022. We reached on time, still after 2 hours finally our turn came. It's chaos after boarding the boat to reach the Island. Boat was dirty, banana peels, leftover food and plastic wraps everywhere. No food or drinks provided as we were the last boat to reach. Snorkeling is just plain false commitment, no equipment provided/available for the interested people. Scuba equipment was good but visibility under the water was not more than 50%(maybe because ours were last boat). After all these our photos and videos are not shared with us even after repeated calls and whatsApp messages, we could not take back our memories. I am not sure what logic is, online booking/payment can be done but sharing memories has to be offline. Anyway, next time we will search for a better experience provider. - via
