The experience was not bad. Most of the staff were very accommodating and approachable. The captain was also very friendly. Just one of the staff members was very condescending which is not appropriate if you are offering services that are for entertainment for people on their holiday. Sarah and karyn were nice. The food was not exactly what we expected, underwhelming. The whales were nice but we weren’t exactly close. - via
