Not reliable at all. Called me the evening before our tour to see if I was open to rescheduling, when I couldn't they said they were cancelling transportation because it wasn't cost effective for them due to there being to few people.
THEN I booked a Couples Package at Toro Verde Adventure Park. My confirmation from Tours4Less says it was a couples package.
However they actually booked a "combo package" with the company. The differences between the two are minor but overall the couples package came with perks and benefits that the combo package did not. So they booked us for the less expensive package and pocketed the difference between what we thought we were paying for and what we actually got.
I would highly recommend just renting a car to drive up to the adventure park independently. The drive is stunning, the park is easy to find, and it is much less expensive with less hassle and hustle from these people. - via
