For our week in Costa Rica, we really wanted to do PACR's ATV ride near Arenal Volcano. Nearly every day, I'd WhatsApp Jonathan, asking questions and checking on availability. He was always very quick to reply... faster and more thorough than any other tour provider I worked with. To my regret, we just ran out of time and energy and never did the tour. But I wanted to give a shout out to Jonathan for great customer service and swift communication. If we ever come back, I will find a way to do the ATV tour with PACR. - via
