Overall it's a great experience with nice coach and super good view for skydiving, the overall program last around 3 hours, the communication with the support team is efficient and effective, for my case the pick up service was late for 20 mins, but they updated me through email immediately which is very impressive (I know it's weird by using email to communicate rather than mobile as I do understand some tourists do not have mobile phone call service).
