My trip to Ravencroft Lodge gave me more than I hoped for. A wonderfull experience in the midle of the raw Alaskan nature. The highlight of the trip for me were the Salmon sharks. A shark rarely seen by people and here I had the oppurtunity to snorkel with it. I even saw it breach the surface with its whole body once. My time at Ravencroft Lodge allso gave me the oppurtunity to see other wildlife such as eagles, sea otters, migrating salmon, orcas and even a bear (from a distanse) one time. One other special thing I experienced here were the diving in the Moon jellyfish bloom. A sureal feeling to dive in the midle of a group of hundred of thousands jellyfish. I would really like to recommend Ravencroft Lodge to every naturelover out there. The manager and his crew were very friendly and serviceminded and when asked they will teach you many things of the wildlife there. This is really a place that I would go back to. - via
