I arrived with my service dog, but the manager told me I couldn’t check in because I had my pet. I explained that I could provide certificates, but she dismissed them, saying they could be obtained from the internet.
In the end, both the manager and another staff member asked me to leave the premises. When I requested if I could at least give water to my pet (after driving for six hours to get here for the first time), they refused. - via
